What side effects have been reported with Chantix?
With minimal side effects, Chantix, along with the will to quit
seem like a winning combination. The most commonly reported side
effects of Chantix is nausea. In studies, nausea was the most common
side effect in about 30% of patients. Chantix has been very well-received
in the US, only 2.6% dropped out of the trials because of side-effects.
Other Chantix side effects include:
- constipation
- vomiting
- changes in dreaming
- gas
When you stop smoking, your body will need time to adjust to the
absence of nicotine. You may feel side effects from this. Chantix
side effects other than those listed here may also occur.
